Dr. Kevin Browne
Dr. Kevin Browne graduated with honors from Cook College, Rutgers University in 1988 with a BS in Human Ecology/ Health and Biology. He was recipient of the prestigious Freshman of the Year Award. He graduated with high honors from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in 1992. He was elected to the Dental Honor Society, OKU. He received the Chesky-Kleiner Humanitarian Award, the Academy of General Dentistry General Dentists Award and the Academy of Prosthetic Dentistry Prosthodontic Award.
Dr. Browne's professional associations include: Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Society, Morris Area Club, St. Clare's Hospital Dental Study Group and a founding member of the Pankey Study Club, Chatham, NJ. He is a facilitator in training at the
Pankey Institute. He has been appointed to a staff position at Overlook Hospital, Summit, NJ, as a teacher and a clinical professor in Overlook Hospital's Dental Residency Program.
Dr. Browne and his team believe that each patient must be treated as an individual with his/her own set of needs, values and wishes. Their goal is to always treat patients as they would want to be treated – with compassion, care and the highest level of technical skill possible. They take great pride in offering their 'knowledge of a lifetime' to each patient. Dr. Browne believes that a personalized comprehensive treatment plan designed to fit each patient individually acts as a compass to help them move continually toward optimal dental health. He believes that excellence in anything demands absolute passion. His passion for dentistry is what drives him to constantly improve and strive to be the best dentist he can possibly be. Life is too short and too great a gift not to give it everything we have.
Dr. Browne is a national class cyclist. He is an Associate Naturalist and teacher for the New Jersey Audubon Society. He enjoys woodworking, bird carving and gardening. He is an avid photographer, fly fisherman, bird watcher and ice hockey player. Dr. Browne resides in Chatham with his wife, Kelly, and their dog, Raspberry.
